Verra AestheticsOld Town Scottsdale, Arizona

Most people think about this for a year before they ask.

Anti-wrinkle injections for first-timers, from a nurse practitioner who does every treatment herself, and who will tell you plainly when less is the better answer.

What happens, and how long each bit takes.

Most of the nerves are not knowing. So here's the whole thing, with the clock.

Talking it through20–30 min
What bothers you, what you'd like to keep, and an honest answer on whether this is the right treatment. You can leave without doing anything.
The treatment10–15 min
A few small injections with a very fine needle. Most people say it feels like a quick pinch. Numbing cream is there if you want it.
Settling in3–14 days
You go straight back to your day. The effect builds gradually, so nobody sees a sudden change.
Your two-week check15 min
We look at it together and adjust if anything needs it. That visit is part of the price, not an extra.
Add it up and it's under an hour in the chair. Spread over two short visits, and most of the waiting happens at home.
$450Your first full treatment, start to finish. Not a per-unit teaser.
What the $450 doesn't cover

The honest part. Fillers and other treatments are priced separately. If you ask about one, you get the number in writing before anything starts, not halfway through.

If it's looking "done" you're worried about.

Most first-timers aren't worried about the needle. They're worried about looking frozen, or being talked into more. We start light, we never upsell in the chair, and you can always add more at the two-week check.

The things people ask before their first time.

Will it look natural?

That's the goal of every treatment here. We start conservatively, because it's easy to add a little at your check and impossible to take it away the same day.

Does it hurt?

A quick pinch, a few times. Numbing cream is included if you'd like it.

How long does it last?

For most people, around three to four months. It wears off gradually, so there's no sudden drop-off.

What if I don't like it?

Tell us at the two-week check. It's adjusted then, and it fades on its own over the following months.

Am I too young, or too old, for this?

Age alone doesn't decide it. What you want, and what your skin is doing, does. That's what the consultation is for.

The person who would actually do it.

Nobody wants to find this out on the day.
